I'm Chantele. I began investing in real estate at 26 years old, and now own 19+ doors in 3 different provinces in Canada. I sort of stumbled into real estate investing 6 years ago and quickly became obsessed. I created this blog for 3 main reasons.

 

1. To share my story about how I got into investing in real estate so that readers can see that it isn't as hard as you might think.

 

2. To teach people how to quickly evaluate a multi-family property to see if it's a money maker or a bank-breaker.

 

3. To create a space where I could interview and learn from incredible women who are investing in real estate. Too often this space is male-dominated, and I think it's important to showcase the equally capable, savvy, and fierce women who are climbing the ranks in the real estate investing world.
